Three pet products worth a look this month, from a bouncing chew ball to a hair-removal glove and long-lasting yak cheese chews. Each summary comes from the product listing, so check reviews and sizing before you buy.
BARK&SPARK Himalayan Yak Dog Chews (8 Large)
Listed on Amazon for $26.60, rated 4.2 out of 5 stars from 393 ratings. The listing describes natural yak and cow milk chews meant for medium and large dogs, marketed as long-lasting, lactose and gluten free, and good for chewing time. You can soak and microwave a chew so it puffs into a crunchy treat.
Good for: Dog owners who want a natural, long-lasting chew for medium to large dogs.
Watch out for: These are hard chews. Pick the right size for your dog, supervise chewing and follow the puffing instructions on the pack.
Pet Hair Removal Glove
Listed on Amazon for $13.76. The listing describes a glove with a double-sided grooming surface that collects loose pet hair from sofas, cushions, clothes and car seats, and can be rinsed or shaken clean and reused.
Good for: Cat and dog owners who want a quick way to lift hair off fabric and furniture.
Watch out for: The listing shows no customer ratings yet, so results are unproven. Test it on a small area of delicate fabric first.
Indoor Dog Chew Toy Ball (4PC listing)
Listed on Amazon for $24.99, showing a 5.0 rating from very few reviews. The listing describes a TPR rubber ball with a textured surface, designed for solo play and for small pets, with vibrations and random rolls to keep a pet interested.
Good for: Owners of small dogs and cats who want a toy to keep them busy when alone.
Watch out for: This is a new listing with very few reviews, and the price is on the high side for a toy. Check the exact set contents and size before ordering.
Prices and ratings are taken from the Amazon listings at the time of writing and can change. These are summaries of the listings, not hands-on tests.
