A few practical buys for a desk, a car and a home bar: a flat-plug power strip, a cordless handheld vacuum and an electric whiskey smoker kit. Each section lists what the Amazon listing says, plus what to double-check first.
Maxpw 10 Ft Power Strip with 7 Outlets and 4 USB Ports (2 USB-C)
Listed on Amazon for $23.99, rated 4.7 out of 5 from 958 ratings. The listing describes 7 AC outlets and 4 USB ports (2 of them USB-C), a 0.33 in ultra-thin 45 degree flat plug, widely spaced outlets, 1700J surge protection, a 1875W rating and a 10 ft cord.
Good for: a desk or charging station where you want to plug in bulky adapters and still sit the plug close to the wall. Watch out for: the 1875W total limit, so it is not meant for heavy appliances, and the listing has 7 variations, so confirm the color and cord length you pick.
CKIKH Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner (15000PA)
Listed on Amazon for about $44.99, rated 4.4 out of 5 from 2,042 ratings. The listing describes a rechargeable cordless vacuum with 15000PA suction, multiple nozzles and a washable filter, aimed at the car, home, office and pet hair.
Good for: quick cleanups in the car, on stairs or around a pet bed. Watch out for: the suction number is the seller’s own claim, and a handheld is for small spots rather than whole-floor cleaning, so battery runtime and bin size are worth checking in the reviews.
TAZENI Electric Whiskey Smoker Kit with Timer and Fan
Listed on Amazon for $39.99. The listing describes an electric cocktail smoker with a timer, a built-in fan, six flavors of wood chips and a pull-out chamber, with no torch needed, for old fashioneds, bourbon and whiskey drinks.
Good for: a gift for someone who likes making cocktails at home. Watch out for: the listing shows no customer ratings yet, so there is no review history to lean on, and the drink itself is not included.
I have not tested these products myself. The details above come from the Amazon listings and their customer ratings, and prices and availability can change, so check the listing before you buy.
