Training pads are a staple for new puppies and small dogs. This post looks at the Amazon Basics 22 x 22 inch pads, one of the most-reviewed pee pad listings on Amazon.
Amazon Basics Leak-Proof Dog and Puppy Pee Pads (22 x 22 Inch, 100 Count)
Listed on Amazon for $19.99, rated 4.4 out of 5 stars from about 220,900 customer ratings. The listing describes a quick-dry, 5-layer super absorbent design that is leak-proof, in a regular 22 x 22 inch size.
Good for: puppy potty training, small dogs, and as a protective layer in crates or travel.
Watch out for: the pads do not teach a dog by themselves, and larger dogs may need a bigger size. The rating is 4.4, a little lower than some other pet staples, so skim recent reviews.
These products are not tested by me. Please read the full listings and reviews on Amazon before buying.
